Welcome

In 1989 Locals Only Cd's Records & Tapes opened in Downtown Portland Oregon. It was supposed to last 6 months ...just long enough to start sales on our own music. At the end of six months however business was increasing so quickly we decided to keep it going.

In 1981 Steve Hettum was an aspiring musician but his day job got in the way a little. Hear the true talent of this Country Folk Rock Troubadour Poet.

"Made in Hong Kong"was the Unreal Gods first attempt to record in a Major Studio and Johns"Nothing's Left Untouched" was his return to a basement studio. Both are great recordings.
